Job Description: • Prepare requisition orders to replenish stock • Verify receipts and packing slips • Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks • Calculate cost of orders • Review requisition orders for accuracy • Complete and process international purchase orders • Obtain price quotations from catalogues and suppliers • Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports and records • Prepare purchases orders • Process purchases • Resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers • Verify stock availability from current inventories • Perform various administrative functions • Prepare price quotations • Provide information on available materials
Requirements: -Education: Completion of secondary school -Experience: Experience is an asset - Courses in purchasing management, production and inventory or Knowledge of computer programs such as: excel, inventory control software or monitoring and tracking software is an asset. Salary: $18.46 - $19.50 hourly, 40 Hours per week Benefits: Disability benefits, dental insurance, extended medical insurance, profit share after one year of employment, if the employee needs to relocate, the employer will cover the travel expenses. Important Information: Work Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00PM.
