Description: The Maintenance Worker reports to the Maintenance Lead and provides general residential maintenance support as well as lawn maintenance and snow removal as required. The Maintenance Worker has effective communication, time management, mechanical and organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and in teams. The Maintenance Worker is detailed-oriented and has above-average troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. This position is physically demanding and requires frequent lifting and carrying. You must have a valid BC Drivers License.
