An Early Childhood Educator is responsible for fostering a nurturing, supportive, and enriching environment for young children, typically from infant to age five. They play a key role in supporting children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through structured activities, play, and personalized care.
In this role, the educator works closely with children, families, and a team of professionals to create a safe and engaging learning and growing space. The Early Childhood Educator also contributes to building a workplace culture that values inclusivity and promotes the well-being and development of young children.
