EMERGENCY COMMUNITY SUPPORTS PROJECT
CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
The BC Rural and Remote Advisory Board are currently accepting applications for up to $25,000.00 to assist in responding to the immediate urgent and basic needs of homeless and/or at risk of homelessness citizens in the community under the Reaching Home: Canada’s Homelessness Partnering Strategy.
ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS:
First Nations Community`s (on reserve activities), not-for-profit organizations, for-profit enterprises, municipalities, private, provincial governments, public health and educational institutes may be considered eligible to receive funding and act as coordinators for activities.
ELIGIBLE GEOGRAPHIC AREA:
In order to be eligible for Rural and Remote Homelessness funding, the project activities can take place in all non-designated communities in British Columbia, this includes First Nation Communities.
PROJECT DURATION:
Funding under this application process will be available to support projects from Present up to March 31, 2024.
